The E-class range of models were executive vehicles produced by Mercedes-Benz and available in sedan/saloon or station wagon/estate offerings. There were many different generations of E-class models and different offerings as far as body styles. The W210 generation were produced from 1995-2003. This generation of models were the first time that V6 engines were offered. The E 420 was produced and introduced in 1997 and featured a V8 engine that allowed the car to accelerate to 62mph in 6.3 seconds.
